摘要
目的分析探讨医疗保险与非医疗保险患者住院费用及影响因素。方法从该院2019年12月—2020年7月收治的患者中随机抽取688例,其中344例为医疗保险患者,另外344例为非医疗保险患者。分析两组患者的住院费用及其影响因素。结果医疗保险患者的各项住院费用均高于非医疗保险患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),因素分析结果显示,影响医疗保险患者住院费用的独立因素主要包括病种、是否手术、院内感染、住院时间及入院时状况。结论医疗保险与非医疗保险患者住院费用有较大的差异,由此也表明医疗保险制度的实施并未有效遏制医疗费用的不合理增长,且在一定程度上刺激了医疗消费,影响住院费用的因素主要有病种、是否手术、院内感染、住院时间及入院时状况。
Objective To analyze the hospitalization expenses and influencing factors of medical insurance and non-medical insurance patients.Methods 688 patients were randomly selected from the patients admitted in the hospital from December 2019 to July 2020,of which 344 were medical insurance patients and the other 344 were non-medical insurance patients.Analyzed the hospitalization expenses of the two groups of patients and their influencing factors.Results The various hospitalization expenses of medical insurance patients were higher than those of non-medical insurance patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The factor analysis showed that the independent factors affecting the hospitalization expenses of medical insurance patients mainly included the type of disease,whether surgery,hospital infection,hospitalization time,and condition at admission.Conclusion There is a big difference in hospitalization expenses between medical insurance and non-medical insurance patients,which also shows that the implementation of the medical insurance system has not effectively curbed the unreasonable growth of medical expenses,and stimulated medical consumption to a certain extent,affecting hospitalization expenses.The main factors are the type of disease,whether it is operated or not,nosocomial infection,length of stay in hospital,and status at the time of admission.
