摘要
目的通过对国内外训练学经典著作中,在训练控制方法理论部分的论述进行对比分析,力图从内容表述、分类标准及实践应用等方面,对国内训练方法理论体系所存在的问题进行研究。方法利用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,结合经典训练案例,对训练过程控制方法的理论源起与应用进行分析与探讨。结果与结论从总体控制层次上对训练方法理论进行研究可知,在系统训练过程中任何竞技项目都是追求建立一种行之有效的控制模式来指导训练,并不存在程序训练与微机辅助训练等训练控制方法相互独立的现象,程序训练控制法从构建层次上只是模式训练法的初级阶段,微机辅助训练只是一种辅助工具,在模式训练法和程序训练法中都可进行应用;模式训练法是追求最大训练效果的过程控制方式,从建立渠道上可分为教练员主体训练经验的理论抽象过程和优秀运动员不同阶段训练数据的结构化描述过程,后者在实践应用中常以训练大纲的形式表现出来。
Objective To analyze the reasons that the lack of practical applying for the domestic training theory through the comparison and analysis of the domestic and foreign classical training works in the part of training method system.Methods Combined with the method of literature and logical analysis,this paper tries to study the problems existing in the theoretical system of domestic training methods from the contents,classification criteria and practical application guidance.Results and Conclusion The results show that at the level of training procedure controlling method,most events pursue to establish an effective training model to guide the training.There is no independent method such as program training and computer-aided training.The program method is only the primary stage of the model training method to some extent,from the operative level,decomposing training method and integrated training method are more inclined to the category of teaching method in application.It will be more appropriate to change transform training method to the scope of continuous training method,cyclic training method,repetition method and competition method can be classified into the interval training method category according to the stimulation target and biological development effect of the training subject.
