摘要
目的分析探讨药品质量控制在药库药品管理中的应用优势及价值。方法将该所2018年8—12月未进行药品质量控制的167例管理样本作为对照组,将2019年1—5月进行药品质量控制的167例管理样本作为研究组,进而对两组不同药品管理差错率和出错原因进行比较分析。结果研究组药品管理差错率2.40%低于对照组7.19%,研究组在接受药品质量控制管理后,在出错问题上,无论是药品环境管理、管理制度不规范所导致的出错,还是工作人员行为失职所导致的出错均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在药库药品管理中应用药品质量控制措施可有效降低药品管理差错率,且可进一步强化医院对药品的管理能力,在规范药品管理和提升用药安全性中发挥着重要的作用。
Objective To analyze and explore the application advantages and value of drug quality control in drug library drug management.Methods The 167 management samples of the institute that did not undergo drug quality control from August to December 2018 were used as the control group,and the 167 management samples of drug quality control from January to May 2019 were used as the research group,and then compared and analyzed the two groups of different drug management error rates and causes of errors.Results The drug management error rate of the study group was 2.40%lower than that of the control group 7.19%.After the study group accepted the drug quality control management,the error problem,whether it was the error caused by the drug environmental management and management system irregularities,or the staff's mistakes caused by dereliction of duty were all lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of drug quality control measures in drug library drug management can effectively reduce the error rate of drug management,and can further strengthen the hospital's drug management capabilities,and play an important role in standardizing drug management and improving drug safety.
