糖化血红蛋白与糖化血清蛋白联合检测对早期妊娠期糖尿病的诊断效果 被引量:5

The Diagnostic Effect of Combined Detection of Glycosylated Hemoglobin and Glycosylated Serum Protein on Early Gestational Diabetes

摘要 目的对早期妊娠期糖尿病患者采用糖化血红蛋白与糖化血清蛋白联合检测的效果进行探究。方法选择该院收治的确诊为早期妊娠期糖尿病患者50例,时间为2019年8月-2020年7月,将其作为甲组,另外选择同期来该院检查的健康孕妇50名作为乙组。对两组实施糖化血红蛋白与糖化血清蛋白联合检测。比较两组的检验结果。结果甲组的糖化血红蛋白为(7.7±0.9)%、糖化血清蛋白水平为(2.9±0.7)mmol/L,均明显高于乙组的(4.8±0.8)%、(1.6±0.5)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组的糖化血红蛋白阳性率为84.0%,糖化血清蛋白阳性率为88.0%,联合检测阳性率为98.0%,明显高于乙组的12.0%、8.0%以及2.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);糖化血红蛋白与糖化血清蛋白联合检测的灵敏度为98.0%、特异度为100.0%,准确度为98.0%,糖化血红蛋白的灵敏度为84.0%、特异度为86.2%,准确度为86.0%,糖化血清蛋白的灵敏度为88.0%、特异度为89.2%,准确度为90.0%,糖化血红蛋白与糖化血清蛋白联合检测的灵敏度、特异度和准确度均明显高于糖化血红蛋白、糖化血清蛋白单一检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在早期妊娠期糖尿病的诊断中,应用糖化血红蛋白与糖化血清蛋白联合检测具有很好的效果,可以有效提高诊断的准确率,能够为临床诊断提供可靠的依据。 Objective To explore the effect of combined detection of glycosylated hemoglobin and glycosylated serum protein in patients with early gestational diabetes.Methods Fifty patients diagnosed with early gestational diabetes in the hospital from August 2019 to July 2020 were selected as group A,and 50 healthy pregnant women who came to the hospital for examination during the same period were selected as group B.The combined detection of glycosylated hemoglobin and glycosylated serum protein was performed on the two groups.Compared the test results of the two groups.Results The glycosylated hemoglobin in group A was(7.7±0.9)%and the glycosylated serum protein level was(2.9±0.7)mmol/L,which were significantly higher than those in group B(4.8±0.8)%and(1.6±0.5)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of glycosylated hemoglobin in group A was 84.0%,the positive rate of glycosylated serum albumin was 88.0%,and the positive rate of combined detection was 98.0%,which was significantly higher than the 12.0%,8.0%and 2.0%of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the sensitivity of the combined detection of glycosylated hemoglobin and glycosylated serum protein was 98.0%,the specificity was 100.0%,and the accuracy was 98.0%.The sensitivity of glycosylated hemoglobin was 84.0%,the specificity was 86.2%,and the accuracy was 86.0%,the sensitivity of glycosylated serum protein was 88.0%,the specificity was 89.2%,and the accuracy was 90.0%.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the combined detection of glycosylated hemoglobin and glycosylated serum protein are significantly higher than that single detection of glycosylated hemoglobin and glycosylated serum protein,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of early gestational diabetes,the combined detection of glycosylated hemoglobin and glycosylated serum protein has a good effect,can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis,and can provide a reliable basis for clinical d
