摘要
"十三五"以来,信息通信技术(ICT)技术高速发展,陕西省信息通信技术(ICT) 产业发展势头良好,产业体系不断完善,产业链掌控能力显著提高,正日益成为该省创新发展的先导力量。通过该项目的实施,形成与韩中科学技术合作中心、芝浦工业大学长效合作机制,进一步拓展与韩国、日本ICT信息通信技术(ICT)领域的合作交流,引进国际智力,服务陕西省科技经济发展。
Since the 13th five year plan,with the rapid development of information and communication technology(ICT)technology,the information and communication technology(ICT)industry in Shaanxi Province has a good development momentum,the industrial system has been continuously improved,and the industrial chain control ability has been significantly improved,which is increasingly becoming the leading force of innovation and development in Shaanxi Province.Through the implementation of the project,we will form a long-term cooperation mechanism with the South Korea and Shibaura Institute of Technology,f urther expand cooperation and exchanges with South Korea and Japan in the field of ICT,introduce international intelligence,and serve the development of science,technology and economy in Shaanxi Province.
