摘要
采用热失重技术研究交联聚乙烯(XLPE)材料在氮气与空气两种氛围下的热降解过程,分别参照JB/T1544—2015、ASTM E1641-07—2012和ASTM E1877-00—2015标准并结合常规老化法及阿伦尼乌斯经验公式,以5%失重为XLPE使用寿命失效终点,分别用恒温法和升温法评估了空气氛围下的热老化寿命,并建立了两种方法下的热老化寿命方程lnt=14970/T-23.8与lgt_f=6581.6/T_f-10.574,最后综合实际运行寿命、90℃下热老化寿命推算结果与热老化寿命方程的相关系数可得两种方法是可靠的,并评价了各自的特点。
Thermogravimetry is used to study the thermal degradation process of cross-linking polyethylene material under two atmospheres of nitrogen and air,referring to JB/T 1544—2015,ASTM E1641-07—2012,and ASTM E1877-00—2015 standards in combination with conventional aging methods and Arrhenius empirical formula,using5%weight loss as the endpoint of XLPE service life.The thermal service life under the air atmosphere was respectively evaluated by the constant temperature method and the heating method,and the thermal life equations lnt=14970/T-23.8 and lgt_f=6581.6/T_f-10.574 were built.Finally,combining the actual life,estimation results of thermal life at 90℃,and the correlation coefficients of the thermal life equation,the two methods are reliable.
