摘要
云环境下企业之间竞争逐渐激烈,而保障企业稳定发展的关键即为用户体验感,为了提升用户的忠诚度,提出用户体验性业务流程可视化监控方法。依据用户体验性业务流程可视化监控需求,搭建用户体验性业务流程可视化监控框架,以此为基础,对业务流程进行可视化建模(业务流程、活动与路由),执行用户体验性业务流程,通过消息反馈机制与业务流程追踪算法来跟踪用户体验性业务流程,并对其进行可视化显示,以此来实现用户体验性业务流程的可视化监控。设置业务流程定制与转换程序,进行业务流程可视化监控实验。实验结果显示:提出方法的监控实时性更好,监控规模更大,充分证实了提出方法可视化监控性能更优质。
In the cloud environment,the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,and the key to ensure the stable development of enterprises is the sense of user experience.In order to enhance the loyalty of users,this paper proposes a visual monitoring method of user experience business process.According to the visual monitoring requirements of user experience business process,the visual monitoring framework of user experience business process is built.On this basis,the visual modeling of business process(business process,activity and routing)is carried out,the user experience business process is executed,and the user experience business process is tracked and analyzed through the message feedback mechanism and business process tracking algorithm Visual display,in order to realize the visual monitoring of user experience business process.Set up business process customization and conversion program,and carry out business process visualization monitoring experiment.The experimental results show that the proposed method has better real-time monitoring performance and larger monitoring scale,which fully proves that the proposed method has better visual monitoring performance.
