摘要
指出了中国的人口老龄化问题日趋严峻,“老年健康”现已发展成为社会发展的重要问题,健康老龄化已经成为国家重大战略的主要研究内容,老年人的身体健康对实现健康老龄化具有积极作用。理解建成环境变化对老年人身体活动与健康的影响,有利于更好地规划、设计和实施相应策略,通过提升健康设施水平、改善和提升建成环境,从而促进居民活动与健康。从研究理论和措施实践两个层面对国内外城市建成环境对老年人体力活动与健康影响的相关文献进行了分析与归纳,总结了当前研究的热点和问题,并从建成环境对健康的影响、建成环境与慢性病的关系以及建成环境与身体活动3个方面对未来的研究进行了展望,以期对新时代城市社区建设有所启示。
The problem of population aging in China is becoming more and more serious."Elderly health"has become a major issue of social development.Healthy aging has become the main research content of the national major strategies.The health of the elderly has a positive effect on achieving healthy aging.Understanding the impact of changes in the built environment on the physical activities and health of the elderly is conducive to better planning,design and implementation of corresponding strategies.By improving the level of health facilities,improving and upgrading the built environment,residents’activities and health can be promoted.This paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant literature on the impact of urban built environment on physical activities and health of the elderly at home and abroad from two aspects of research theory and practice.The current research hotspots and problems are summarized.The future research is prospected from three aspects—the impact of built environment on health,the relationship between built environment and chronic diseases,and the relationship between built environment and physical activities—so as to provide some enlightenment for urban community construction in the new era.
