摘要
目的:观察骨伤洗剂联合体外震波治疗跟骨脂肪垫炎型跟痛症的临床疗效。方法:收集符合标准的120例跟痛症患者,随机分为3组,每组各40例,治疗组(骨伤洗剂+体外震波)、观察组(骨伤洗剂)、对照组(体外震波),记录各组治疗前后VAS及FHSQ评分,B超测定治疗前后足跟脂肪垫厚度。结果:共有120例纳入研究。中药熏洗及体外震波治疗跟痛症均有缓解疼痛作用,二者联合治疗后症状改善更显著。结论:中药熏洗联合体外震波治疗跟骨脂肪垫炎型跟痛症具有良好疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of TCM fumigation combined with extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of fatty pad inflammatory Calcaneodynia.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 120 patients with Calcaneodynia was performed in the treatment group(TCM fumigation+extracorporeal shock wave),the observation group(TCM fumigation),and the control group(extracorporeal shock wave).VAS and FHSQ scores and thickness of heel fat pad in pre-and post-treatment were recorded.Results:A total of 120 patients were included in the study.Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and extracorporeal shock wave treatment have pain relief effects,and the symptom improvement is more obvious combined with the two treatments.Conclusion:TCM fumigation combined with extracorporeal shock wave is effective in treating fatty pad inflammatory Calcaneodynia.
