摘要
表观遗传调控可在DNA序列不改变的前提下,调控基因的表达和转录,这一特性为疾病的防治开拓了新的视野。近年的研究也表明中医非药物疗法的作用机制多与表观遗传相关。作者对目前临床常见的几类非药物性治疗措施调节表观遗传机制的方式进行综述,为指导临床和进一步的研究提供参考。
Epigenetic regulation can regulate gene expression and transcription without changing the DNA sequence.This feature opens up new horizons for disease prevention and treatment.Recent studies have also shown that the mechanism of action of TCM non-drug therapies is mostly related to epigenetics.This article reviews the ways in which several types of common clinical non-pharmaceutical treatments modulate epigenetic mechanisms,hoping to provide references for clinical guidance and further research.
