摘要
目的:探究颈型颈椎病真实世界的发病情况以及颈型颈椎病临床症状与颈曲异常的相关性。方法:基于医院信息管理系统对2016年01月-2019年06月就诊于河南省洛阳正骨医院(河南省骨科医院)颈肩腰腿痛中心的155例颈型颈椎病住院患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析,同时根据病例报告表采用Spearman进行颈椎曲度异常与疼痛症状、颈椎病症状与体征评分的相关性分析。结果:①颈型颈椎病患者以女性为多,占68.3%:②31~35岁年龄段已成为了颈型颈椎病的多发年龄区间,同时21~25岁年龄段的学生群体占据了一定的比重;③从事职员、专业技术(教师、医疗人员)、学生、工人、自由职业的群体是颈型颈椎病的多发人群;④颈椎曲度异常与VAS评分存在相关性(r=-0.192,P=0.017<0.05);颈椎曲度异常与颈椎病症状与体征评分存在相关性(r=-0.368,P=0.000<0.05)。结论:基于真实世界的研究颈型颈椎病住院患者的流行病学发生了新的变化,颈椎曲度异常和疼痛症状、颈椎病症状与体征评分存在相关性。
Objective:To explore the incidence of cervical spondylosis in the real world and the correlation between the clinical symptoms of cervical spondylosis and abnormal cervical curvature.Methods:Based on the hospital information management system,the case data of 155 inpatients with cervical cervical spondylosis who were admitted to the Neck,Shoulder,Waist and Leg Pain Center of Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital(Henan Orthopedic Hospital)from January 2016 to June 2019 were reviewed.At the same time,according to the case report form,Spearman was used to analyze the correlation between abnormal cervical spine curvature and pain symptoms,and cervical spondylosis symptoms and signs.Results:①The majority of cervical spondylosis patients were women,accounting for 68.3%:②The age range of 31 to 35 years old has become the most common age range of cervical spondylosis,and the 21-25 years old group of students accounted for a certain amount of age.Proportion;③The groups engaged in staff,professional skills(teachers,medical staff),students,workers,and freelancers are the most common groups of cervical spondylosis;④The abnormal curvature of the cervical spine is correlated with the VAS score(r=-0.192,P=0.017<0.05);there is a correlation between abnormal cervical curvature and the scores of cervical spondylosis symptoms and signs(r=-0.368,P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion:Based on real-world studies,new changes have taken place in the epidemiology of inpatients with cervical spondylosis.There is a correlation between abnormal cervical spine curvature and pain symptoms,as well as cervical spondylotic symptoms and signs.
