摘要 山东联盟化工集团第一分公司合成氨系统所用离心式压缩机为(抽)凝式汽轮机,2019年11月机组开车初期运行阶段,经常出现排汽压力三个值不一致而且波动的情况,通过逐一排查分析,找到了排汽压力三个值不一致且波动的原因,并对机组排汽压力引压管的走向和远传压力变送器的位置进行了改动,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。 The centrifugal compressor used in the synthetic ammonia system of the first branch of Shandong Lianmeng Chemical Group is a(extraction) condensing steam turbine. During the initial operation of the unit in November 2019, the three values of exhaust steam pressure were often inconsistent and fluctuating. Through investigation and analysis one by one, the reasons for inconsistency and fluctuation of the three values of exhaust steam pressure were found, the direction of the exhaust steam pressure impulse pipe and the position of the remote pressure transmitter were changed to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
