摘要
目的:观察瓜白汤联合盐酸二甲双胍肠溶片治疗阴虚火旺型2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将80例2型糖尿病患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍肠溶片,试验组在对照组的基础上联合瓜白汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、血糖水平[空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h Postprandial blood glucose,2 hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA1c)]、血脂水平[三酰甘油(triacylglycerol,TG)、血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)]及血液流变学指标变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后症状积分低于本组治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后FBG、2 hPBG、HbA1c、全血低切黏度、全血中切黏度、全血高切黏度及血浆黏度低于本组治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C低于本组治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,两组患者治疗后HDL-C高于本组治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组有效率为92.5%,对照组有效率为77.5%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瓜白汤联合盐酸二甲双胍肠溶片治疗2型糖尿病,可改善患者临床症状,改善患者血脂、血糖水平及血液流变学指标。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Trichosanthes and White Tiger Decoction in combination with metformin hydrochloride enteric coated tablets on diabetes mellitus type II with yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity.Methods:A total of 80 patients diabetic patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given metformin hydrochloride enteric coated tablets,while the experimental group was additionally treated with Trichosanthes and White Tiger Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the changes of TCM syndrome score,blood glucose levels[including fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c)],blood lipid levels[including triacylglycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)]and hemorheological indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FBG,2 hPBG,HbA1 c,low shear viscosity,medium shear viscosity and high shear viscosity plasma viscosity of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the above indexes of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).TC,TG and LDL-C of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the above indexes of the experimental group were lower than those the control group,while HDL-C of the two groups was higher than that of the same group before treatment,and HDL-C of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate
