摘要
通过对模板检测目标方法进行研究,提出了一种检测棒材数量的方法。该方法首先采用数学形态学的方法和对棒材端面图像进行二值化并提取边界,得到棒材端面的边界图像,然后采用模板匹配的方法对多个圆进行匹配度计算并得到圆心。试验表明该方法是有效、可行的,与传统的Hough变换方法检测圆心的方法相比,本文的方法极大地减少了运算量,大幅度减少了运算时间。
This paper introduces a method of counting numbers of titanium bars based on the research of template matching.This method firstly adopts the method of(image processing)mathematical morphology and the bars end face image binarization and extract the boundary,get the boundary of the bars end face image,and then adopts the method of template matching for multiple round match calculation and get the center of the circle.The experiment shows that this method is effective and feasible,Compared to the traditional method to detect circle Hough transform method,the method greatly reduces the amount of calculation and computation time.
