摘要
针对常规自动化改造方法中存在的协调性差的问题,提出矿山掘进机械设备的电气自动化改造研究。从掘进机械设备的控制模块和制动模块两个部分进行优化改造,将控制质量转变为传递函数,在制动模块中实现机械设备的自动化。实验结果表明:在控制度不断变化的条件下,提出的电气自动化改造方法协调性优于常规的改造方法。
In view of the poor coordination in the conventional automatic transformation method,the research on electrical automation transformation of mine driving machinery and equipment is put forward.The control quality is transformed into transfer function from the control module and the brake module of the driving machinery equipment,and the automation of the mechanical equipment is realized in the brake module.The experimental results show that the coordination of the proposed method is better than that of the conventional one under the condition of constant change of control degree.
