摘要
目的探究喜炎平注射液联合头孢曲松钠治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年5月本院收治的小儿支气管肺炎患儿90例作为研究对象,按随机数字法分为参照组和实验组,每组45例。参照组给予头孢曲松钠治疗,实验组在参照组基础上给予喜炎平注射液治疗。比较两组治疗前后炎症因子改善情况、临床症状持续时间、住院时间及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,实验组IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α均显著低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组发烧、咳嗽、气促、肺部湿啰音等临床症状持续时间及住院时间均明显短于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率为97.78%,明显高于参照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液联合头孢曲松钠治疗支气管肺炎患儿疗效显著,可明显缩短临床症状持续时间及住院时间,降低炎症因子水平,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiyanping injection combined with ceftriaxone sodium in the treatment of pediatric bronchopneumonia.Methods 90 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the random number method,with 45 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium,and the experimental group was treated with Xiyanping injection on the basis of the reference group.The improvement of inflammatory factors,duration of clinical symptoms,hospital stay and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α;after treatment,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of clinical symptoms such as fever,cough,shortness of breath,and pulmonary rales and hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.78%,which was significantly higher than the80.00%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiyanping injection combined with ceftriaxone sodium is effective in treating children with bronchopneumonia,which can significantly shorten the duration of clinical symptoms and the hospital stay,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.It is worthy of clinical application.
