摘要
目的:探索医疗电子票据在“H”模式互联网医院中应用的模式和流程。方法:以HIS财务收费数据为基线,利用电子票据综合管理系统,通过对接财政电子票据监管平台,实现线上诊疗、网约护理、药品配送到家等“互联网+”医疗服务收费的电子票据申领、签发、管理。结果:患者在互联网医院线上就诊结束后,直接推送电子票据,并支持退费、换票等业务。结论:方便患者就医,减少来回奔波,降低医院管理成本,实现患者线上就诊服务闭环。
Objective:To explore the application mode and process of medical electronic bill in"H-mode"Internet hospital.Methods:Based on HIS financial charge data,the electronic bill comprehensive management system was used to achieve the online application,issuance and management of Internet plus medical bills charged by online medical care,network care and drug delivery to the home through the supervision platform of the financial electronic bills.Results:After the online treatment in Internet hospital,the patients directly pushed the e-bill,and supported the business of refund and ticket exchange.Conclusion:It is convenient for patients to see a doctor,reduce the rush back and forth,reduce the cost of hospital management,and realize the closed-loop of online service for patients.
