摘要
成人教学是否需要给学生更多的自主权备受争议。对两种开放程度的成人在线课程教学形式对学与教行为和效果的影响进行了研究。从北京开放大学在线课程库选取低、高开放度的课程班各36个,选课学生分别为976和977人次。从学生学习参与度、学习行为时间分布、学习效果、教师教学辅导行为等维度对两种教学组织形式的课程进行对比分析。发现:低开放度课程的学生测试参与度显著高于高开放度课程的;低开放度课程学生的学习行为在时间上分布较均匀,高开放度课程的学生学习行为明显集中在课程起始或中间一小段时间;低开放度课程的学生学习成绩显著高于高开放度课程的;低开放度课程的教师及时回帖率、作业批阅率、作业及时批阅率显著高于高开放度课程的。
It is a controversial topic whether adult learners should have more autonomy in learning.This paper explores the influence of different openness of adult online courses on the behavior and effect of teaching and learning.From the online courses of Beijing Open University,36 classes with low and high openness were selected,with 976 and 977 students respectively.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the two types of teaching organization from the aspects of students participation in learning,time distribution of learning behavior,learning effect and teachers teaching behavior.It is found that the test participation of students in low-open courses is significantly higher than that in high-open courses;the learning behavior of students in low-open courses is more evenly distributed in time,and the learning behavior of students in high-open courses is obviously concentrated in a small period at the beginning,middle and end of the course;the students grade of low-open courses is significantly higher than that of high-open courses;teachers timely reply rate,homework review rate and homework timely review rate of low-open courses are significantly higher than that of high-open courses.
