摘要
本研究采用几种方法分别测定了核桃青皮中木质素、纤维素和半纤维素含量。采用浓硫酸法测定核桃青果皮的木质素,72%浓硫酸水解法测定纤维素和2mol/L盐酸水解法测定半纤维素。结果表明,核桃青果皮中木质素、纤维素和半纤维素的含量分别为:33.82%、22.42%和21.42%,其中核桃青皮还原糖含量在葡萄糖标准曲线范围内,为23.8%,乘上系数0.9即为半纤维素含量。
The contents of lignin,cellulose and hemicellulose in walnut green husk were determined by several methods.Lignin in walnut husk was determined by concentrated sulfuric acid method,cellulose by 72%concentrated sulfuric acid hydrolysis method and hemicellulose by 2 mol/L hydrochloric acid hydrolysis method.The results showed that the contents of lignin,cellulose and hemicellulose in walnut husk were 33.82%,22.42%and 21.42%respectively.The content of reducing sugar in walnut green husk was 23.8%,within the range of glucose standard curve,and being multiplied by 0.9 was the hemicellulose content.
