随着数字经济的发展与数据的大规模利用,量子技术的发展不可能停滞不前。作为未来可期的金融科技,量子技术可以用来改造金融市场进而消除金融市场中的顽疾,如同援用区块.链构建金融市场基础设施、改造金融市场一样具备合理性与应然性。从国际视角来看,随着智慧金融业务和跨境金融活动逐年爆炸式的增长,促进量子通信技术与金融的应用融合是保证国民经济稳定发展的必由之路。而在金融领域构建一个国际领先的量子加密通信网络,对提升我国金融行业数据安全保护水平、促进我国企业在国际金融活动中数据传输安全合规具有重要意义。
With the development of digital economy and the large-scale use of data,the development of quantum technology will never stagnate.As a future financial technology,quantum technology can be used to transform the financial market and eliminate the chronic ills in the financial market.It is just as reasonable and necessary as helping to build financial market infrastructure and reforming financial market with blockchain.From the international perspective,with the explosive growth of smart financial business and cross-border financial activities,the only way to ensure the stable development of national economy is to promote the application and integration of quantum communication technology and finance.Building an internationally leading quantum encryption communication network in the financial field is of great significance to increasing the data security protection level of the financial industry and promoting the safe and legally compliant data transmission of Chinese enterprises in the international financial activities.
