摘要
整建制护理队伍建设在援鄂抗击新型冠状病毒的疫情中有效应对突发事件,提高护理队伍工作效率,调动工作积极性。在紧急状态下以整建制模式接管医院立即成立护理小组,落实工作责任,分解目标任务的实践中,体现了以下方面:一是整建制工作模式、提高满意度;二是优化岗位设置、提高工作效率;三是集中资源调配、明确护理职责;四是缓解护士压力、调动工作积极性,同时建立了符合中国疫情高风险下的整建制护理岗位管理新模式。
The construction of the whole organizational system of nursing team in assisting Hubei Province to fight against the new coronavirus epidemic has effectively responded to the emergencies,improved the work efficiency and aroused the work enthusiasm.The practice of taking over the hospital with the whole organizational system mode under an emergency state has immediately established a nursing team to implement the work responsibilities and decompose the goals and tasks,whose advantages are embodied in the following four aspects:Firstly,the whole organizational system mode can improve the work satisfaction;Secondly,it can optimize the job settings and improve the work efficiency;Thirdly,it can centralize the resource allocation and clarify the nursing responsibilities;Fourthly,it can relieve the pressures of nurses and mobilize their work enthusiasm.This practice helps establish a new mode of integrated nursing post management in line with the high risk of epidemic situation in China.
