摘要
控制铸造铝硅合金中铁元素的含量是改善合金组织性能的有效手段。文章以不同Fe含量的Al-10Si二元合金为研究对象,利用金相显微镜等表征手段,研究了在Sr变质基础上Al-Si-Fe孕育剂对Al-10Si二元合金中共晶团组织、气孔及富Fe相的形态和尺寸等组织的影响。结果表明:Fe质量分数为0.15%时,在Al-Sr中间合金变质的基础上,Al-Si-Fe孕育剂的加入可以使合金中共晶团的尺寸得到明显细化,且不改变Sr的变质效果;经孕育处理后,气孔的平均面积和气孔度随共晶团尺寸的减小而降低;当Fe含量接近或>0.85%时,孕育剂对共晶团的细化效果失效,凝固组织中富Fe相的尺寸及形态与孕育前后共晶团尺寸的变化规律相反。
Controlling the content of iron in cast Al-Si alloy is an effective means to improve the microstructure and properties of the alloy.To further improve the microstructure of Al-Si alloy,based on Sr modification,the influence of Al-Si-Fe inoculant on the morphology and size of eutectic cells,pores and iron-rich phases of Al-10Si binary alloy with different Fe content was studied by means of optical microscope.The experimental results show that the addition of Al-Si-Fe inoculant can refine the size of eutectic cells obviously on the basis Sr modification when the Fe content is 0.15%,and the Sr modification effect is not changed.After inoculation,the average area and porosity of the pores decreased with the decrease of the size of the eutectic cells.When the Fe content is close to or higher than 0.85%,the refining effects of the Al-Si-Fe inoculant on the eutectic cells are ineffective,and the size and shape of the iron-rich phases in the solidification structure are opposite to that of the eutectic mass before and after inoculation.
