摘要
对高校教师进行职业道德评价,是“办好人民满意的教育”的应有之义。文章采用问卷调研法,筛选出8项高校教师职业道德自律评价量化指标,并依据此8项指标,对江苏省4所高校290名教师进行问卷调查与行为事件访谈,测量职业道德自律评价的6大结构要素,即职业品德素养、职业评聘标准、社会舆论监督、师德规范要求、教学管理制度、校园文化影响,根据调查的样本数据,进行差异比较和数列排序,确定优先顺序,确立了校教师职业道德自律评价结构要素先后排序为:职业品德素养、职业评聘标准、社会舆论监督、师德规范要求、教学管理制度、校园文化影响。按此优先顺序,需要建立标准化、规范化、现代化的高校教师职业道德自律评价体系,实施高校教师职业道德自律质量体系PDCA循环。
Evaluating the professional ethics of college teachers is an integral part of"running a satisfacto-ry education for the people".According to the requirements of teachers professional ethics in China,this paper first determines the self-discipline evaluation structure of teachers'professional ethics in colleges and universities,On the basis of interview survey,eight quantitative indicators for self-discipline evalua-tion of university teachers'professional ethics were selected,and 290 teachers from four universities in Jiangsu Province were investigated by questionnaire and behavioral event interview.Six structural ele-ments of self-discipline evaluation of professional ethics were measured,and the sample data were compared and sequenced.The order of the structural elements of self-discipline evaluation of teachers'professional ethics is ranked as follows:professional ethics quality-professional evaluation and employ-ment standard-supervision of public opinion-requirements of teachers'ethic standard-teaching management system-influence of campus culture.To improve the self-discipline evaluation of college teachers'professional ethics,we need to establish a standardized,normalized and modernized self-disci-pline evaluation system of college teachers professional ethics according to this order of priority,and im-plement the PDCA cycle of the self-discipline quality system of university teachers professional ethics.
