对于电线电缆生产而言,笼绞机是必不可少的设备。笼绞机最主要的是放线张力的控制,放线张力的控制必须通过通信进行数据的交换。介绍了5 GHz无线局域网在笼绞机通信中运用的一些特点及结果,以及其在笼绞机中的应用方式,提高笼绞机运行的稳定性,提供通信速率。
For the production of wire and cable,the cage strander is an indispensable equipment.The most important thing of the cage strander is the control of the pay-off tension.The control of the pay-off tension must exchange data through communication.This article introduces some characteristics and results of the use of 5 GHz wireless local area network in the communication of the cage twister,introduces its application in the cage twister in detail,improves the stability of the cage twister,and provides the communication speed.
