摘要
介绍了北京科技大学矿物加工工程专业本科生综合性实验课程——矿石可选性研究实验——的基本情况,针对该实验课程中存在的主要问题,对比原有的和引入新兴测试手段革新后的教学素材发现,借助工艺矿物学参数自动测量系统(BPMA)在矿石工艺矿物学参数测试方面的快速、准确和系统的强大功能,在矿石的关键性、核心工艺矿物学参数方面,学生能够得到更为精准、全面和深入的矿石性质资料,大大加强了学生在制定实验方案时的针对性和系统性。将BPMA应用于该实验课程中,既能有效避免实验教学过程中由于原始资料不全面导致对后续实验指导性差的弊端,又能明显提升实验课程的高度和深度。
This paper introduces the basic situation of the comprehensive experimental course of mineral processing engineering for undergraduates in University of Science and Technology Beijing, namely, the research experiment of ore beneficiablity. In view of the main problems existing in the experimental course, and compared with the original teaching materials after the introduction of new testing methods, it is found that with the help of the rapid, accurate and powerful functions of BPMA(Bgrimm process mineralogy analyzing) in the testing of ore process mineralogy parameters, students can get more accurate, comprehensive and in-depth information of ore properties, which greatly enhances their pertinence and systematicness in making experimental plans. The application of BPMA in the experimental course can not only effectively avoid the disadvantages of poor guidance for follow-up experiments due to incomplete original data in the experimental teaching process, but also significantly improve the height and depth of the experimental course.
