摘要
为了加快现代职业教育体系建设,深化产教融合、校企合作,培养数以亿计的高素质劳动者和技术技能人才,教育部联合国务院有关部门、行业和地方共同举办了全国职业技能大赛。在此形势下,“以赛促学,以赛促教”成为改革高职院校金融管理专业人才培养方式的重要推手。在“以赛促学,以赛促教”模式下培养技能型金融人才,有利于提高高职院校金融管理人才的社会接受度和认可度,有助于提高学生运用知识的实战能力,更有助于提高教师将理论与实践相结合的教学能力。
In order to speed up the construction of a modern vocational education system,deepen the integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation,and cultivate hundreds of millions of high-quality laborers and technical skills,the Ministry of Education and relevant departments of the State Council,industries and localities jointly organized the National Vocational Skills Competition.Under this situation,"promoting learning with competitions and promoting teaching with competitions"has become an important driving force in reforming the training methods of fi nancial management professionals in higher vocational colleges.Training skilled fi nancial talents under the mode of"promoting learning with competitions and promoting teaching with competitions"is conducive to improving the social acceptance and recognition of fi nancial management talents in higher vocational colleges,improving students'practical ability to use knowledge,and improving teachers'teaching ability to combine theory with practice.
