摘要 目前,人口老龄化已成为阻挡城市发展的重要因素,为有效解决该问题应对养老设施进行布局选址。传统的养老设施布局选址模型约束条件较为单一,导致选址结果经济性与合理性均较差。因此,文中设计基于GIS的养老设施布局选址模型。使用GIS技术采集区域数据信息,将其划分为空间信息与非空间信息,完成数据预处理过程。首先,使用处理后的数据缓冲区与目标区区位特性,得到目标区域中心点。再根据中心点设定选址方案,使用多目标规划算法以及复合约束条件获取最优选址方案。至此,基于GIS的养老设施布局选址模型设计完成。最后,构建实验环节,通过与传统模型选址结果对比可知,此次设计模型选址结果的经济性与合理性均高于传统模型,在日后的研究中可使用此模式得到最佳选址方案。 The aging of population has become an important factor that hinders the development of the city.In order to solve this problem effectively,the layout and site selection of facilities for aged people should be carried out.The traditional location model of layout of facilities for aged people only has a single constraint condition,which leads to poor economy and rationality of location selection results.Therefore,a GIS-based site selection model for facilities for aged people is designed in this paper.The GIS technology is used to collect regional data information,which is divided into spatial information and non spatial information for completion of the data preprocessing process.The processed data buffer and the location characteristics of the target area are used to obtain the center point of the target area.The location scheme is set according to the center point,and the optimal location scheme is obtained by using multi-objective programming algorithm and composite constraints.So far,the design of the GIS-based location model of the facilities has been completed.In comparison with the site selection results of the traditional model,the economy and rationality of the site selection results of this model are higher.This model can be used to get the best location selection scheme in future research.
