摘要
孙伟教授是江苏省名中医,从事慢性肾脏病的临床、教学、科研工作近40年,具有丰富的辨治慢性肾功能不全的临床经验,孙教授认为本病病机为本虚标实、肾虚湿瘀,以益肾健脾、清利活血、和络泄浊为治疗大法,根据肾脏疾病的特点,注意平补缓泻,以平为期,注重慢性肾功能不全的诱发因素,清肺利咽益肾并举,同时遵循古义,特别重视中药汤剂的服用次数。总结其临床辨证论治用药经验,列举典型医案,分析孙伟教授治疗慢性肾功能不全的用药特色。
Professor Sun Wei is the famous doctor of Chinese medicine in Jiangsu Province.He has been engaged in the clinical,teaching and scientific research of chronic kidney disease for nearly 40 years.He has plentiful clinical experience in treating chronic renal Insufficiency.Professor Sun thinks that the pathogenesis of this disease is root vacuity and tip repletion,kidney deficiency,dampness and stasis.The treatment strategy of this disease are boosting the kidney,strengthening the spleen,clearing and disinhibiting,invigorating the blood,harmonizing collaterals and descending the turbid.According to the characteristics of kidney disease,Professor Sun pays attention to the predisposing factors of chronic renal insufficiency,neutral supplementation and draining to restore homeostasis.He emphasizes that we should not only boost the kidney,but also clear lung and soothe the throat.Following the ancient meaning,Professor Sun Wei emphasizes the frequency of taking Chinese medicine decoction.I make a dissertation of Professor Sun Wei’s experience of syndrome differentiation and treatment in treating chronic renal insufficiency and enumerate typical medical record,and analyze the medication characteristics of Professor Sun Wei in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency.
