摘要
目的探讨普外科手术患者术前焦虑受到心理护理的影响。方法回顾性选取2017年1月—2020年1月我院普外科手术患者150例,依据护理方法分为常规护理组(n=75)和常规护理基础上心理护理组(心理护理组,n=75)两组,统计分析两组患者的SAS评分、护理满意度。结果心理护理组患者入院时、手术前的SAS评分分别为(57.1±6.8)分、(48.0±5.5)分,常规护理组患者入院时、手术前的SAS评分分别为(56.7±7.2)分、(57.0±5.1)分。心理护理组患者手术前的SAS评分显著低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。在护理满意度方面,心理护理组为96.0%(72/75),常规护理组为80.0%(60/75),前者显著高于后者(P<0.05)。结论普外科手术患者术前焦虑能够在心理护理下缓解。
Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing on preoperative anxiety of patients in general surgery.Methods 150 cases of general surgery patients in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were retrospectively selected.According to the nursing methods,they were divided into two groups:conventional nursing group(n=75)and psychological nursing based on the conventional nursing group(psychological nursing group,n=75).The SAS scores and nursing satisfactions of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed.Results The SAS scores of the patients in the psychological nursing group were(57.1±6.8)and(48.0±5.5)respectively,while those in the conventional nursing group were(56.7±7.2)and(57.0±5.1)respectively.The SAS score before operation of patients in the psychological nursing group was significantly lower than patients in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the psychological nursing group was 96.0%(72/75),1the conventional nursing group was 80.0%(60/75),the former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative anxiety of patients with general surgery can be relieved by psychological nursing.
