原水无人值守泵房故障应对指导系统研究

摘要 临江泵站第二输水泵房实行无人值守管理模式,现有的生产管理系统只能控制机组设备、单一数据的报警,无法对报警信息进行综合判断,在发生系统故障、单泵故障时,还是需要位于集控室的运行人员赶到现场判断故障,并应急操作,恢复供水。通过建立故障应对指导系统,对设备基础数据、运行数据以及监测数据的记录,分析每种数据产生突变的原因,依据设备故障现象对故障原因进行分析并给出指导策略,快速处理突发事故。 The second water delivery pump room of Linjiang pump station implements unattended management mode.The existing production management system can only control the alarm of pump equipment and single data.It can not make comprehensive judgment on the alarm information.In case of system failure and single pump failure,the operators in the centralized control room need to rush to the scene to judge the failure,and emergency operation to restore the water supply.Through the establishment of production and operation guidance system,the basic data,operation data and monitoring data of equipment are recorded,and the causes of mutation of each kind of data are analyzed.According to the actual situation of equipment failure,the failure causes are analyzed,and the guidance strategies are given,so as to quickly deal with emergencies.
