摘要
在国家电网公司实施“三型两网”战略的同时,配电网的建设也逐渐朝着网格化、多源化方向发展,过去所使用的配电网保护装置及馈线自动化装置已无法满足智能配电网的快速自愈需求。由于电流差动保护具有较高灵敏度、速动性、选择性,所以其在配电网中有着广泛应用。现有应用方法多使用专用光纤通道、230 MHz以及1.8 GHz电力无线专网等通信技术,但存在成本高、实时性低、稳定性差等缺陷。文中提出了一种基于5G技术的配电网电流差动保护业务应用方案,此方案不仅可运用5G技术传输差动保护装置收集的数据信息,同时其还可根据配电网拓扑的变化动态适时调整差动保护装置,进而可有效缩减配电网的维护、改造成本。
While the State Grid Corporation of China is implementing the“three types and two grids”strategy,the construction of the distribution network is gradually moving towards gridding and multi-source development.The distribution network protection devices and feeder automation devices used in the past have been It cannot meet the rapid self-healing requirements of the intelligent distribution network.Due to the high sensitivity,quick action and selectivity of the current differential protection,it has a wide range of applications in the distribution network.Existing application methods mostly use communication technologies such as dedicated fiber channels,230 MHz and 1.8 GHz power wireless private networks,but the above methods have disadvantages such as high cost,low real-time performance,and poor stability.This paper proposes a 5G technology-based distribution network current differential protection business application program.This program can not only use 5G technology to transmit the data information collected by the differential protection device,but also dynamically and timely according to the changes in the distribution network topology Adjusting the differential protection device can effectively reduce the maintenance and transformation costs of the distribution network.
