摘要
疫情防控常态化下,加强高校基层党建工作创新具有重大意义。但是,因处于疫情防控的特殊时期,高校基层党建工作创新面临着意识不强、内容不活、载体不新和队伍不精的现实困境。为了保证高校基层党组织在疫情影响下行稳致远,应当采取措施加强基层党建工作创新,具体包括:夯实思想之基,强化党建认知,把握高校意识形态工作的主动权和主导权;整合教育资源,发掘优质内容,将全民战“疫”实践作为加强党员教育的生动素材;创新平台载体,线上线下联动,重塑疫情防控常态化高校基层党建工作新范式;提升队伍质量,锤炼过硬本领,打造疫情防控常态化时期优质的高校基层党务工作队伍。
Under the normalization of Covid-19 prevention and control,it is of great significance to strengthen the innovation of primary-level party construction in Chinese higher education institution.However,due to the special period,the innovation is faced with the practical dilemma including weak consciousness,inflexible content,obsolete carrier and poor-organized team.In order to ensure the stable development of the primary-level party organization in colleges and universities under the influence of the epidemic,measures should be taken to strengthen the innovation as follows:consolidating the ideological basis,strengthening the awareness of the party construction,and grasping the initiative and leadership of the ideological work in higher education institution,integrating educational resources,exploring high-quality content,and taking the practice of fighting“epidemic disease”as vivid material to strengthen the education of party members;innovating platform carrier,coordinating online and offline activities,reshaping the paradigm and cultivating a qualified party personnel in colleges and universities in the period of epidemic prevention and control normalization.
