摘要
学业获得感是一个多维的心理结构,但现有研究对其内涵及结构的认识尚不完全一致,亦未能完整建构出其测量与评价指标体系。本研究通过文献分析和半结构式访谈编制条目,对807名大学生进行问卷调查,通过探索性因素分析与验证性因素分析等方法考察大学生学业获得感的心理结构,发现其包括资源拥有感、自我提升感、积极情绪体验以及成就达成感四个维度。信度与效度分析显示,该多维心理结构是大学生学业获得感的稳定且可靠的评价体系。
The Sense of Academic Acquisition(SAA)is a multidimensional psychological structure.Existing researches,without an unanimous cognition about the connotation and structure of SAA,have not yet completed a measurement and evaluation index system for it.Through literature analysis and semi-structured interviews,items are compiled for a questionnaire of 807 college students.The exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are employed to ascertain the mental structure of college students’SAA,which comprises the sense of resource ownership,the sense of self-improvement,positive emotional experience,and the sense of achievement.The reliability and validity analysis shows that this multidimensional psychological structure is a reliable and valid evaluation system for college students’sense of academic acquisition.
