摘要
目的探讨分析椎基底动脉扩张延长症(VBD)在CT血管成像(CTA)上的特征和患者的临床表现。方法分析2016年1月至2020年4月在成都市龙泉驿区第一人民医院确诊的VBD患者(n=46)的临床资料及CTA图像,根据临床症状分组标准分为血管性症状组(n=30)和无血管性症状组(n=16),对两组患者基本资料以及CT血管成像特征进行比较。结果血管症状组患者高血压病史较无血管症状组多(P<0.05)。有血管症状组患者的基底动脉(BA)直径、BA长度、BA分叉高度、BA偏移度以及左侧VA直径均较无血管症状组大(P<0.05)。结论CTA能清晰、准确地显示椎基底动脉扩张的各种形态,为临床提供可靠诊断依据。
Objective To explore the CT angiography(CTA)features and clinical manifestations of vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia(VBD).Methods Clinical data and CTA images of VBD patients(n=46)confirmed in the First People's Hospital of Longquanyi District of Chengdu City from January 2016 to April 2020 were analyzed.The patients were divided into vascular symptom group(n=30)and non-vascular symptom group(n=16)according to the grouping criteria of clinical symptoms.The basic data and CTA features of the two groups were compared.Results There were more patients with a history of hypertension in vascular symptom group than in non-vascular symptom group(P<0.05).The basilar artery(BA)diameter,BA length,BA bifurcation height,BA deviation,and left vertebral artery(VA)diameter of patients in vascular symptom group were larger than those in non-vascular symptom group(P<0.05).Conclusion CTA can clearly and accurately display various forms of VBD,and provide reliable diagnostic basis for clinical practice.
