摘要
目的探讨MRI膀胱影像报告和数据系统(VIRADS)在住院医师规范化培训(住培)中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月—2020年5月在我院影像科进行住培的医师共19人作为研究对象,随机分成试验组(n=10)和对照组(n=9)。试验组进行VI-RADS评分培训,对照组进行传统MRI图像判读及诊断培训。比较两组住培医师诊断符合率、平均诊断用时和诊断信心有无差异。结果两组共19名受训住培医师共完成380份报告及调查问卷,其中试验组的定性诊断符合率高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组的平均诊断时间少于对照组(P<0.05),试验组的诊断信心高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论MRI VI-RADS在影像科住培中可有效提高住培医师诊断符合率、缩短诊断时间及增加诊断信心。
Objective To evaluate application of vesical imaging reporting and data system of MRI in standardized training of residents.Methods A total of 19 residents who were standardized in resident training in our hospital from July 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into test group(n=10)and control group(n=9).The test group was given VI-RADS scoring training,and the control group was given traditional MRI image interpretation training.Compared the difference in diagnostic accuracy,diagnostic time and diagnostic confidence between the two groups.Results A total of 380 reports and questionnaires were completed by 19 residents.The diagnostic accuracy in the test group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the diagnostic time in the test group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),the diagnostic confidence of the test group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The MRI VI-RADS score can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy,shorten the diagnostic time and improve the diagnosis confidence of residents in standardized training.
