摘要
目的了解病理学大体标本的制作过程,为病理学实验教学提供参考。方法首先通过总结已有文献,掌握大体标本的收集和固定要求,从材料准备、修整、装缸和封缸等环节,详细阐述大体标本的制作过程。然后展开对比试验,寻找大体标本的最佳保存方法 :收集一批新鲜的蟾蜍心脏标本,选出50个形态接近的标本,将其分为5组,按照保存方法的不同,分别是生理盐水组、福尔马林组、保色组、甘油组、保色甘油组,观察标本的形态、质地、色泽、血管形态、浸泡液特征变化。结果生理盐水组的蟾蜍心脏标本腐烂,其余4组标本均被固定;保色甘油组的标本保存情况最好。结论严格按照规范制作病理学大体标本,并选择合适的保存方法,能提高大体标本的质量,为实验教学提供资源。
Objective To understand the process of making gross pathology specimens and provide reference for pathology experiment teaching.Methods First,by summarizing the existing literature,master the collection and fixation requirements of gross specimens,and elaborate the production process of gross specimens from the aspects of material preparation,trimming,cylinder loading and sealing.Then conduct a comparative test to find the best method for preserving gross specimens:collect a batch of fresh toad heart specimens,select 50 specimens with similar morphology,and divide them into 5 groups.According to different preservation methods,they are the normal saline group,formalin group,color retention group,glycerin group,color retention glycerin group,observe the morphology,texture,color,vascular morphology,and characteristics of the immersion fluid of the specimens.Results The toad heart specimens in the saline group rotted,and the remaining 4 specimens were all fixed;the specimens in the color-preserving glycerin group were best preserved.Conclusion Making gross pathological specimens in strict accordance with the norms and choosing appropriate preservation methods can improve the quality of gross specimens and provide resources for experimental teaching.
