摘要
目的分析安宁疗护方案应用在肿瘤病房当中对临终癌症患者的癌性疼痛和生活质量的影响。方法对2018年1月至2019年6月到我院治疗的56例临终癌症患者以随机方法分为观察组和对照组,每组28例。观察组给予安宁疗护,对照组给予常规护理。对不同护理的效果进行比较和评价。结果观察组的癌性疼痛评分和生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床对临终癌症患者通过安宁疗护能有效的缓解癌性疼痛,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the impact of the application of the tranquility care plan in the tumor ward on the cancer pain and the quality of life of dying cancer patients.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,56 dying cancer patients who came to our hospital for treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 28 cases in each group.The observation group was given tranquility care,and the control group was given routine nursing care.Compare and evaluate the effects of different care.Results The cancer pain score and quality of life score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For dying cancer patients,tranquility care can effectively relieve cancer pain and improve the quality of life of patients.
