摘要
目的了解康复期精神分裂症患者焦虑抑郁情绪护理干预效果。方法我院74例2017年7月至2018年8月康复期精神分裂症患者。随机分组,常规护理组对康复期精神分裂症患者采取常规护理,情绪管理模式组采取常规护理+情绪管理模式。比较两组康复期精神分裂症护理效果。比较两组患者BPRS评分、生活能力评分以及护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分差异。结果情绪管理模式组康复期精神分裂症治疗效果高于常规护理组,P<0.05。在护理前,两组患者的BPRS评分、生活能力评分、SAS及SDS评分均无显著性差异,P>0.05;护理后,情绪管理模式组BPRS评分低于常规护理组,P<0.05;情绪管理模式组生活能力评分高于常规护理组,P<0.05。情绪管理模式组SAS、SDS评分低于常规护理组,P<0.05。结论常规护理+情绪管理模式应用于精神分裂症患者康复期效果确切,可有效改善患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,并提高患者的生活能力,改善患者的病情。
Objective To understand the effect of nursing intervention for anxiety and depression in patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation.Methods Seventy-four patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation in our hospital from July 2017 to August 2018.Randomized grouping,the conventional nursing group adopted conventional nursing for patients with schizophrenia during the rehabilitation period,and the emotional management model group adopted conventional nursing+emotional management mode.Compare the nursing effect of schizophrenia in the two groups during rehabilitation.The differences in BPRS scores,life ability scores,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effect of schizophrenia in the rehabilitation period in the emotional management model group was higher than that in the conventional nursing group,P<0.05.Before nursing,there was no significant difference in BPRS score,life ability score,SAS and SDS score between the two groups of patients,P>0.05;after nursing,the BPRS score of the emotional management model group was lower than that of the conventional nursing group,P<0.05;the life ability score of the emotional management model group was higher than that of the conventional nursing group,P<0.05.The SAS and SDS scores of the emotional management model group were lower than those of the conventional nursing group,P<0.05.Conclusion The conventional nursing+emotional management model has a definite effect when applied to patients with schizophrenia during the rehabilitation period.It can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of the patients,improve the life ability of the patients,and improve the patient's condition.
