摘要
探讨我国老龄化社会形成的原因与面临的问题。分析了我国老龄化社会增速过快、未富先老、老龄化地域不均衡等特点,指出了老龄化社会形成的原因,提出老龄化社会所面临社会养老压力大、医疗保障不足、养老方式面临挑战等问题,并且给出提高政策宣传、加大社区福利建设及增加老龄产业等策略,以应对老龄化社会问题。
The research explores the reasons for the aging society formation and the problems in China;analyzes the characteristics of excessive speed increase of aging society,aging before getting rich and unbalanced regional aging;points out the reasons for the aging society formation;and proposes the problems of great pressure of social provision for the aged,insufficient medical security and challenges of old-aged care way.Then the research proposes the strategies,i.e.to promote policy publicity,strengthen community welfare construction,and enhance aging industry,in order to response aging society.
