摘要
文章以图像识别为基本理论支撑,通过软硬件设计实现对手持配电网设备铭牌参数抄写仪器的开发,并探讨其具体有效性,给出实际应用中的注意事项,旨在为后续配电网设备管理与施工提供参考。
Based on the basic theoretical support of image recognition,the article realizes the development of a handheld power distribution network equipment nameplate parameter copying instrument through the design of software and hardware,and discusses the specific effectiveness,and gives precautions in practical applications,aiming to provide reference for power grid equipment management and construction.
