摘要
目的:探究益肾活血汤治疗老年帕金森病的临床效果。方法:选择阳江市人民医院老年病科2018年11月-2020年11月收治的60例老年帕金森病患者为研究对象。采用抛硬币法分为西医组与联合组,各30例。西医组采用抗帕金森病方案治疗,联合组联合益肾活血汤治疗。采用帕金森病综合评分量表(UPDRS)评价治疗前后运动症状与非运动症状情况,采用中医症候积分量表评价治疗前后证候积分情况,比较两组疗效及治疗前后血清尿酸与同型半胱氨酸水平。结果:治疗后,两组UPDRS评分中运动功能、日常活动、精神行为情绪、并发症评分低于治疗前,联合组低于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组证候积分均较治疗前降低,联合组低于西医组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率高于西医组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组尿酸水平均较治疗前升高,联合组尿酸水平高于西医组,两组同型半胱氨酸水平均较治疗前降低,联合组低于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾活血汤治疗老年帕金森病效果显著,可有效改善患者运动症状、非运动症状,其作用机制可能与升高血清尿酸水平与降低同型半胱氨酸水平相关。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yishen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of elderly Parkinson disease.Method:Sixty elderly patients with Parkinson disease admitted to the Department of Geriatrics of Yangjiang People’s Hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the western medicine group and the combined group by coin flipping method,30 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with anti-Parkinson disease scheme,and the combined group was treated with the Yishen Huoxue Decoction.The unified Parkinson disease comprehensive score scale (UPDRS) was used to evaluate the motor symptoms and non-motor symptoms before and after treatment,and the TCM Syndrome Scoreboard was used to evaluate the syndrome scores before and after treatment.The efficacy and the levels of serum uric acid and homocysteine before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the UPDRS scores of motor function,daily activities,mental behavior and emotional,complications in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the combined group was lower than the western medicine group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,the combined group was lower than the western medicine group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the western medicine group (P<0.05).After treatment,the level of uric acid in both groups was increased compared with that before treatment,the level of uric acid in the combined group was higher than that in the western medicine group,and the level of homocysteine in both groups was decreased compared with that before treatment,the combined group was lower than the western medicine group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Huoxue Decoction is effective in treating elderly Parkinson disease.It can effectively improve th
