摘要
水凝胶材料与生物组织相似,已被广泛应用于生物医药、组织工程等医学领域。以壳聚糖(CS)和透明质酸钠(SH)为主要原料,利用1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳二亚胺盐酸盐/N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺(EDC/NHS)活化透明质酸钠来与壳聚糖偶联制备出了化学交联的CS/SH偶联水凝胶。测试并分析偶联水凝胶微观形貌,红外光谱,细胞增殖,溶胀比,力学性能和降解速率。结果表明:制备的偶联水凝胶材料在皮肤、创伤修复、软骨、药物载体等领域具有很大前景。
Hydrogel materials are similar to biological tissues and have been widely used in biomedical,tissue engineering and other medical fields.Chitosan(CS)and sodium hyaluronate(SH)were used as the main raw materials,and hyaluronic acid was activated by EDC/NHS.Sodium was coupled with chitosan to prepare a chemically crosslinked CS/SH coupled hydrogel.And its microstructure,infrared spectrum,cell proliferation,swelling ratio,mechanical properties and degradation rate were tested and analyzed.The experimental results shown that the CS and SH had great potential in the preparation of non-toxic crosslinked hydrogel materials.
