摘要
人工授精技术在猪繁殖育种上广为使用,种公猪精液质量是繁殖生产的关键因素,精液质量直接影响着养殖业的效益。试验针对贵州地方猪种柯乐猪和国外常见品种种公猪精液质量对比分析,结果表明,柯乐猪12 h及72 h精子活力优于杜洛克猪和长白猪,72 h后保持良好活力,活力高于70%。这显示了柯乐猪种较强的精液活力,也为进一步研究与开发该猪种精液潜在价值以促进猪产业发展提供基础。
Artificial insemination technique was widely used in swine breeding,semen quality of boar is vital to the reproductive traits and thus directly affected the efficiency of animal production,this research focus on the semen quality comparsion between Kele boar(one of the local species from Guizhou)and two boar species from the foreign countries(that is,Duroc and Landrace).The results revealed that vitality of Kele boar sperm at 12 h and 72 h was higher than both Duroc and Landrace.After 72 hours,the vitality of Kele boar sperm kept stable and more than 70%still vigorous,which demonstrated the potentials from the local species of Kele boar sperm and more researches should be considered and put them into the later pratices to promote the swine production.
