摘要
推动理想信念教育常态化制度化是提升国家文化软实力的重要制度工程。制度是一定时空境遇下“现实的个人”实践交往的产物。制度化本质上是“人化制度”和“制度化人”辩证统一的实践过程。推动理想信念教育常态化制度化的前提在于构建科学完备的制度体系,关键在于达到制度由外在规范性向人的内在自觉性转变。新时代思想文化领域的深刻变革、国家治理现代化的深入发展、理想信念教育的创新实践为推进理想信念教育常态化制度化带来了全新的机遇与挑战。基于当前时空条件下理想信念教育常态化制度化发展的现实境遇,探索以制度建设为基础、以制度认同为支撑、以制度监督为保障、以制度衔接为重点的发展之路是新时代推动理想信念教育常态化制度化的应然选择。
It is an important institutional project to enhance the soft power of national culture to promote the normalization and institutionalization of ideal and belief education.The system is a product of the practical communication of“realistic individuals”under a certain time and space.Institutionalization is essentially a process of dialectical unity of“humanized system”and“institutionalized human”.The prerequisite for promoting the normalization and institutionalization of ideal and belief education is to build a scientific and complete system,the key of which is to achieve the transformation of the system from external norms to people’s internal self-consciousness.The profound changes in the field of ideology and culture in the new era,the in-depth development of the modernization of national governance and the innovative practice of ideal and belief education have brought brand-new opportunities and challenges to the normalization and institutionalization of ideal and belief education.To promote normalization and institutionalization of ideal and belief education under the current time and space conditions,this paper proposes a development path that is based on system construction,supported by system recognition,guaranteed by system supervision,and focusing on system integration.
