摘要
构建和谐劳动关系是建设社会主义和谐社会的重要基础,是经济持续健康发展的重要保证,是增强党的执政基础、巩固党的执政地位的必然要求。本文通过对广西壮族自治区(以下简称"自治区")劳动关系现状的分析,针对在构建和谐劳动关系工作中存在的劳动者就业质量不高、职工劳动权益保障不到位等问题,提出了构建新时代广西和谐劳动关系的措施。
To build harmonious labor relations is an important foundation for creating a harmonious socialist society.It is also an important guarantee of sustained and healthy economic development and an inevitable requirement to strengthen the ruling foundation of the Party and consolidate the ruling position of the Party.Through analyzing the situation of labor relations in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,the paper puts forwards measurements so as to solve the problems such like low qualities of employment and lack of safeguard to workers’labor rights.
