摘要
机动车排放检验机构在把关机动车尾气排放水平方面至关重要。组织机构进行能力比对实验既能帮助主管部门发现检验机构存在的问题,又能有效提高机构检验能力。文章以柴油车排放检验为例,详细阐述了比对实验的准备工作、实验过程、数据处理和应急预案,提出了完整的实验方案,为相关单位开展此项工作提供参考。
Vehicle emission inspection institutions play an important role in controlling the level of vehicle exhaust emissions.The ability comparison experiment can not only help the competent authorities to find out the problems of the institutions,but also effectively improve the inspection ability of the institutions.Based on diesel vehicles emission testing,the preparation work,the experiment process,experiment data processing and the emergency plan of the comparison experiment are described in detail in this paper,and the complete experiment scheme is put forward finally,which provides reference for the related units to carry out this work.
