摘要
装配式建筑是现代建筑发展的重要趋势,具有施工效率高、污染小、经济效益好等特点,是绿色建筑发展的主要方向。与传统的建筑施工方法一样,施工质量是装配式建筑生产中的关键问题。在此基础上,本文通过研究相关文献并结合多年的经验,分析建造装配式建筑的特点,讨论建筑质量问题和改进装配式建筑生产的措施,旨在提高装配式建筑生产的质量控制和管理水平,并更好、更快地发展装配式建筑。
Prefabricated buildings are an important trend in the development of modern buildings.They have the characteristics of high construction efficiency,low pollution,and good economic benefits.They are the main direction of the development of green buildings.Like traditional building construction methods,construction quality is a key issue in the production of prefabricated buildings.On this basis,this paper analyzes the characteristics of constructing prefabricated buildings,discusses construction quality issues and measures to improve the production of prefabricated buildings by studying relevant literature and combining years of experience,aiming to improve the quality control and management level of prefabricated building production,and to develop prefabricated buildings better and faster.
