创新引领海上风电高质量发展的研究

摘要 我国海上风电资源丰富且邻近电力负荷区域,是最具规模化开发的可再生能源之一,也是我国能源结构调整与发展的重要方向,2020年我国海上风电累计装机容量约900万千瓦,已超过德国成为仅次于英国的全球海上风电装机第二的国家。面对海上风电平价上网的发展趋势,2021年以后海上风电将进入后抢装潮时代,行业面临产业发展调整期。通过回顾欧洲海上风电行业发展历程和发展趋势,总结海上风电行业发展经验和客观规律,提出了新形势下我国海上风电高质量发展的相关建议和意见。 China's offshore wind power resources are abundant and adjacent to power load areas.It is one of the most widely developed renewable energy sources and an important direction for China's energy structure adjustment and development.In 2020,China's offshore wind power has a cumulative installed capacity of about 9 million kilowatts.It has surpassed Germany to become the world's second country with installed offshore wind power after the United Kingdom.In face of the development trend of offshore wind power grids at a flat price,offshore wind power will enter the post-installation tide after 2021,and the industry is facing a period of industrial development adjustment.By reviewing the development history and trends of the European offshore wind power industry,this paper summarizes the development experience and objective laws of the offshore wind power industry,and puts forward relevant suggestions and opinions on the high-quality development of China's offshore wind power under the new situation.
