摘要
在知识经济时代,高校科研创新团队是目前高校开展科学研究最重要、也是最基本的组织形式,一个团队整体研究能力的高低在一定程度上取决于其内部知识转移效果的好坏。本文以此为研究对象,构建了影响高校科研创新团队内部知识转移绩效因素的理论模型,制作了高校科研创新团队内部知识转移情况的调查问卷,通过将问卷发放给高校科研创新团队成员进行数据的调查,对数据进行收集整理,运用SPSS软件对收集来的数据进行分析,得出实证结论,进而提出高校科研团队建设的对策建议,为提升高校科研创新团队内部知识转移效率提供支持。
In the era of knowledge economy,scientific research innovation teams in universities are the most important and basic organizational form for scientific research in universities.The overall research capability of a team depends to a certain extent on the effectiveness of its internal knowledge transfe-Taking this as the research object,this paper constructs a theoretical model of the factors affecting the performance of knowledge transfer within the scientific research innovation team in universities,and makes a questionnaire on the knowledge transfer within the scientific research innovation team in universities.The questionnaire is distributed to the members of the scientific research innovation team in universities for data investigate.Collect and sort out the data,use SPSS software to analyze the collected data,finally draw empirical conclusions.And then put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of scientific research teams in universities,and provide support for improving the efficiency of knowledge transfer within the scientific research and innovation teams of universities.
