摘要
老旧农田水利基础设施存在运行效率低、安全难达标等问题,为确保利用效益最大化,必须对其进行系统性升级改造。依托浙江省某农田水利工程,通过系统性改建和新建配套渠道、闸门及泵站、机耕道路等,完善了该改造区块内灌溉排涝体系,增强了综合灌溉保证率及防洪排涝能力,全面提高了农业综合生产能力,社会经济效应显著,并起到了良好示范作用。
The old farmland water conservancy infrastructure has some problems such as low operating efficiency and difficulty in meeting safety standards.In order to ensure the maximum utilization efficiency,it must be systematically upgraded and reformed.Relying on a farmland water conservancy project in Zhejiang Province,through systematic reconstruction and new construction of supporting channels,gates and pumping stations,mechanical farming roads,etc.,the irrigation and drainage system in the reconstructed block has been improved,and the comprehensive agricultural production capacity has been improved.In general,the social economic effect of the project is remarkable,and played a good demonstration role.
